Stage 6 Construction of Stage 6 is complete and authority inspections have occurred. Statement of compliance is expected shortly.
Purchasers in Stage 6 should prepare for settlement with their conveyancers and financiers. Site access for valuation purposes is currently available.

Stage 6F & 6G Civ2Con has been appointed as the civil contractor that will construct Stages 6F & 6G. Construction commenced in mid June. Bulk earthworks are nearing completion with drainage and sewer already underway.
Title Date: 1st Quarter 2026.
