Stage 6 House building continues to ramp up with more than 35 dwellings now under construction in Stage 6.
Title Date: October 2025 – Complete.
Stage 6F & 6G Construction is complete and inspections by service authorities are underway. Statement of compliance is expected during April so purchasers should advise their financiers and conveyancers to start preparing for settlement.
Title Date: 2nd Quarter 2026.
Stage 7 Civ2Con has been awarded the contract to construct Stage 7. Civ2Con has previously completed Stages 6, 6F & 6G at Everley. Construction is excepted to commence in late March.
Title Date: 1st Quarter 2027.
Stage 9 Approvals are currently being finalised, and the tender for civil construction is underway.
Title Date: 2nd Quarter 2027.
