Stage 6 House building is continuing, with more than 35 dwellings under construction and several homes nearing completion.
Title Date: October 2025 – Complete.
Stage 6F & 6G Statement of compliance has been achieved, with title registration and settlements expected in May.
Title Date: May 2026.
Stage 7 Construction commencement has been delayed but is expected to commence during May.
Title Date: 2nd Quarter 2027.
Stage 9 Approvals are currently being finalised, and the tender for civil construction is underway.
Title Date: 2nd Quarter 2027.
