April Construction Update


Current progress 

Stages 2 & 3 All construction works are complete and documentation has been approved by referral authorities. Statement of Compliance (SOC) has been requested on multiple occasions; however, Council requires confirmation a s173 Agreement has been registered on title before they will issue SOC. The s173 Agreement has been with the Titles Office for more than a week and registration is expected shortly. Based on typical registration time frames, SOC is expected by the end of April.
Anticipated Title Date: May 2024

Stage 4 Asphalt is complete with final lot levels and topsoiling underway. Works inspections have commenced and documentation is currently being prepared for submission to service authorities. Statement of Compliance is expected in May.
Anticipated Title Date: June 2024

Stage 5 Construction is progressing well with major sewer works complete and drainage underway.
Anticipated Title Date: 4th Quarter 2024

Stage 6 Detailed engineering designs are awaiting final approval by Council.
Anticipated Title Date: 2nd Quarter 2025
