Stage 2 & Stage 3 Internal asphalt works are now complete with the upgrading of Redstone Hill Rd (Touriga Circuit) as the key outstanding item to complete.
Anticipated Title Date: December 2023
Stage 4 Initial road pavement layers have commenced, along with retaining wall construction and watermain installation.
Anticipated Title Date: 2nd Quarter 2024
Stage 5 Detailed engineering plans have been resubmitted and are currently awaiting feedback from Council.
Anticipated Title Date: 3rd Quarter 2024
Stage 6 The functional layout plans have recently been approved by Council. Detailed engineering designs are currently being assessed by Council.
Anticipated Title Date: 1st Quarter 2025
