After an incredible few months of sales, we are excited to announce that Stage 1 construction has officially commenced at Everley, Sunbury.

To carry out the Stage 1 works, we have appointed civil contractor BildGroup. With over 40 years’ experience, BildGroup has a reputation for solving problems and delivering results that exceed expectations.

As a multi-disciplinary contractor, BildGroup pride themselves on their strength and stability, which allows them to take on and complete complex packages of work.

Everley, Sunbury continues to be in high demand, achieving more than 45 sales in April.  There are now only a few lots remaining in Stage 1, with Stages 2A and 2B selling fast!

Everley is set to be a spectacular new community, enhancing the already captivating landscape of Sunbury. Designed to be a place for families to grow and thrive for generations to come, Everley’s 1,900 lot community has a diverse range of unique homesites, meaning there’s something for everyone.

At Everley, you will enjoy incredible views of Sunbury township, Jackson’s Creek, Craiglee Vineyard, and the Macedon Ranges. There’s plenty of opportunities to be amongst the great outdoors and catch up with your neighbours with 88 ha of open space, 10 km of bike paths, multiple tennis courts, and sporting ovals located right within the estate.

Everley will be an extension of what has come before with a vision clearly focussed on the future.
