Our construction process consists of 8 phases to ensure the land can successfully achieve settlement. We’ll be walking you through our process from start to settlement, so make sure you keep an eye on your emails over the coming period as we keep you updated.
Stage 1 is progressing well with the site scrape complete and bulk earthworks continuing. Drainage and sewer works have also commenced.
Planning permits have been approved for Stages 2 and 3 and engineering design is underway.
