Construction progress
Landscape construction on the park is expected to commence as soon as civil construction is finalised. This is progressing well, with Stage 1 civil construction nearing completion. The base course asphalt has recently been completed and the connection to the Sunbury Rd roundabout is continuing. Final concrete works should be completed shortly and testing of service connections has commenced.
Stage 1 settlements are expected in the second quarter of 2022, and the park and streetscape works are expected to be complete by the third quarter.
