February Construction Update
Stage 1 The local park is nearing completion with the paths, garden beds and turf recently installed. Building activity is continuing to increase with more than 35 houses now under construction and Everley’s first residents expected to move in within 4-6 weeks.
Stage 2 & Stage 3 Drier weather in recent weeks has seen road boxing continue and sub-grade pavement layers commence. Installation of electrical and communications conduits are also underway.
Anticipated Title Date: 4th Quarter 2023
Stage 4 Detailed engineering plans have now been approved with construction formally commencing on 9 February 2023. Site scraping and bulk earthworks will ramp up during the coming weeks.
Anticipated Title Date: 1st Quarter 2024
Stage 5 Council has provided feedback regarding the detailed engineering plans. The plans are currently being updated in response to these comments and are due to be resubmitted in the coming weeks.
Anticipated Title Date: 2nd Quarter 2024
Stage 6 Functional engineering plans have been submitted to Hume Council for comment.
Anticipated Title Date: 4th Quarter 2024
