February Construction Update
Current progress
Stage 2 Works inspections are complete and documentation has been submitted to service authorities. Statement of Compliance has been requested and is expected shortly. Based on typical title timeframes, settlement of Stage 2 lots is expected to occur in mid to late March.

Stage 3 Final works inspections have been requested and are expected to be complete by early March. Documentation required for Statement of Compliance has been preemptively submitted to service authorities. Based on typical title timeframes, settlement of Stage 3 lots is expected to occur by late March.

Stage 4 Footpath and driveway construction is continuing. Retaining wall construction is nearing completion, while road pavement works are expected to commence in mid March.
Anticipated Title Date: 2nd Quarter 2024
Stage 5 Detailed engineering plans have been approved and construction commenced in mid February.
Anticipated Title Date: 4th Quarter 2024
Stage 6 Detailed engineering designs are awaiting final approval by Council.
Anticipated Title Date: 2nd Quarter 2025
