Stage 2 & Stage 3 Topsoiling has commenced and preparations are currently underway for asphalt works to commence in late September.
Anticipated Title Date: 4th Quarter 2023
Stage 4 Drainage works are due for completion in late September. Initial road pavement layers will commence in October.
Anticipated Title Date: 2nd Quarter 2024
Stage 5 Detailed engineering plans have been resubmitted and are currently awaiting feedback from Council.
Anticipated Title Date: 3rd Quarter 2024
Stage 6 The functional layout plans have recently been approved by Council. Detailed engineering designs have recently been submitted for assessment.
Anticipated Title Date: 1st Quarter 2025
