March Construction Update: Stage 1 Nearing Completion

Construction is in full swing at Everley with Stage 1 civil construction nearing completion and settlements expected in the second quarter of 2022. 

“We are very excited about this upcoming milestone, which will enable purchasers to commence the next phase of their new home journey – the house building process,” Jarran Rapsey, Senior Development Manager at Capitol Property Group, says.

“Stages 2 and 3 are also due to commence civil construction shortly and we look forward to providing regular progress updates throughout 2022.”

Current progress on Stages 1–3

Stage 1

Phase 6: Installation of the electrical and communications networks are nearing completion. Topsoiling has commenced along with the installation of passive irrigation trenches for the street trees on Tanninbrae Drive. 

Anticipated Title Date: 2nd Quarter 2022

Stage 2 

Phase 1: Awaiting final approval of the detailed engineering design with the contractor on standby to commence construction as soon as the plans are approved.

Anticipated Title Date: 1st Quarter 2023

Stage 3 

Phase 1: Detailed design is also awaiting final engineering approval and construction will commence upon approval.

Anticipated Title Date: 2nd Quarter 2023
