Current progress 

Stage 2 & Stage 3 Drainage and water reticulation are currently being finalised. Road pavement sub-grade is largely complete, and footpath and driveway construction has commenced.
Anticipated Title Date: 4th Quarter 2023  

Stage 4 Sewer reticulation is complete; however, drainage works have been delayed and are now due to commence in June. 
Anticipated Title Date: 2nd Quarter 2024  

Stage 5 Council has provided feedback regarding the detailed engineering design. The plans are currently being updated in response to these comments and are due to be resubmitted in the coming weeks.  
Anticipated Title Date: 3rd Quarter 2024  

Stage 6 The functional layout plans have recently been approved by Council. Detailed engineering designs have recently been submitted for assessment. 
Anticipated Title Date: 4th Quarter 2024
