November Construction Update
Stage 2 & Stage 3 Works inspections and submission of the required documentation to service authorities is underway. Final consents to Statement of Compliance are expected in late December and early January. Lodgment with the Titles Office is expected in late January with title release and settlements in February.
Anticipated Title Date: February 2024
Stage 4 Kerb installation is complete with preparations for footpath currently underway. Electrical reticulation and retaining wall construction are well advanced.
Anticipated Title Date: 2nd Quarter 2024
Stage 5 Detailed engineering plans are expected to achieve final approval in early 2024.
Anticipated Title Date: 3rd Quarter 2024
Stage 6 Detailed engineering designs are expected to achieve final approval in early 2024.
