November Construction Update
Current progress
Stage 1 The local park is taking shape with the play equipment, shelter and exercise station recently installed. More than 20 homes are under construction with some expected to be complete prior to Christmas.
Stage 2 & Stage 3 Recent wet weather has hampered progress on site which has delayed construction completion and anticipated title time frames. Sewer and drainage construction is continuing, and road boxing has commenced.
Anticipated Title Date: 4th Quarter 2023
Stage 4 Detailed engineering plans are still with Council awaiting final approval.
Anticipated Title Date: 1st Quarter 2024
Stage 5 Detailed engineering plans have been submitted to Council and are currently being assessed.
Anticipated Title Date: 2nd Quarter 2024
