Current progress
Stage 2 & Stage 3 Redstone Hill Rd (Touriga Circuit) is nearing completion. Works inspections and submission of the required documentation to service authorities will commence shortly.
Anticipated Title Date: January 2024
Stage 4 Retaining wall construction is continuing and kerb installation recently commenced.
Anticipated Title Date: 2nd Quarter 2024
Stage 5 Detailed engineering plans have been resubmitted and are currently awaiting final approval.
Anticipated Title Date: 3rd Quarter 2024
Stage 6 The functional layout plans have recently been approved by Council. Detailed engineering designs are currently being assessed by Council.
Anticipated Title Date: 1st Quarter 2025
