Stage 6 Statement of compliance has been issued and we are currently awaiting release certificates to enable lodgment of the plan of subdivision with the Titles Office. Based on typical processing time frames, we are expecting title release and settlements in October.
Title Date: October 2025.
Stage 6F & 6G Drainage and sewer are continuing and retaining wall construction has commenced. Road boxing and pavement subgrade are also underway.
Title Date: 1st Quarter 2026.
