Stage 2 & Stage 3 Construction is complete, titles have been registered, and settlements finalised.
Anticipated Title Date: Completed in June.
Stage 4 Construction is complete, statement of compliance has been issued and titles registered. Settlements are due in July 24.

Stage 5 Construction is progressing well. Concrete works have commenced. Electrical and telecommunications services are underway. Footpaths and asphalt are scheduled to commence in late July.
Anticipated Title Date: October 2024.
Stage 6 Detailed engineering designs have recently been approved by Hume City Council. Civil construction works have been tendered and discussions regarding construction commencement are currently underway.
Anticipated Title Date: 3rd Quarter 2025.
