Stage 6 Stage 6 title release was achieved in October 2025. Most lots have now settled with house building already underway on several lots.
Title Date: October 2025 – Complete.
Stage 6F & 6G Retaining walls, footpath and driveways were completed in late 2025. Electrical reticulation is due to commence in mid January.
Title Date: 1st Quarter 2026.
