Stage 6 House building is continuing, with more than 60 dwellings under construction and nearly 10 having obtained a Certificate of Occupancy.
Title Date: October 2025 – Complete.
Stage 6F & 6G Title registration and settlements occurred in late May. Housing construction is expected to commence shortly.
Title Date: May 2026 – Complete.
Stage 7 Stage 7 construction has commenced with top soil stripping nearly complete. Sewer and drainage are expected to commence shortly.
Title Date: 2nd Quarter 2027.
Stage 9 The tender process for Stage 9 is continuing. A preferred contractor is expected to be nominated shortly with construction estimated to commence in Q3 2026.
Title Date: 3rd Quarter 2027.
