Stage 6 Asphalt, footpaths, driveway crossovers and topsoiling are all complete. Road signage and line marking are underway. Authority inspections will commence this week.
Purchasers in Stage 6 should commence preparations for settlement with their conveyancers and financiers. Advice regarding site access for valuation purposes will be issued shortly.
Title Date: August 2025.
Stage 6F & 6G Final authority approvals have been achieved with construction due to commence in June. Civ2Con has been appointed as the civil contractor that will construct Stages 6F & 6G.
Title Date: 1st Quarter 2026.
