Stage 6 Title release has recently been achieved with settlements due on 23 October 2025.
Title Date: October 2025.
Stage 6F & 6G Water and gas reticulation are complete. Road boxing, retaining walls, and pavement subgrade are also complete. Kerb works are underway.
Title Date: 1st Quarter 2026.
