Stage 6 House building is now in full swing, with more than 20 dwellings under construction. Some homes are already close to lockup stage.
Title Date: October 2025 – Complete.
Stage 6F & 6G Electrical reticulation has commenced and will be complete by mid February. Top soiling of lots and nature strips is also underway. Inspections by service authorities will commence in mid February.
Title Date: 1st Quarter 2026.
Stage 7 Approvals are currently being finalised, and the tender for civil construction is underway.
Title Date: 1st Quarter 2027.
